The May Dinner is the Foundation’s annual black-tie gala that celebrates the life and legacy of President Kennedy, honors the Profile in Courage Award recipient, and raises critical funds to support the Kennedy Library. The Centennial May Dinner will be held on Sunday, May 7, 2017 and will be chaired by Jeff Immelt, Chairman and CEO of General Electric.

A highlight of the 29th Annual May Dinner will be the presentation of the 2017 Profile in Courage Award to a public official who has exemplified the spirit of political courage that President Kennedy so admired. The dinner provides crucial unrestricted financial support to the JFK Library’s programming, which serves hundreds of thousands of adults and children annually. Through free educational experiences, the Kennedy Library Forums series, the JFK Library's digital archives, and arts and cultural programming, the Kennedy Library perpetuates President Kennedy's legacy to new and growing audiences each year.

The gala includes a cocktail reception, dinner, and a special performance. Levels of support range from $5,000 to $250,000. For more information or to support this year's event, please contact us at
